If you mean in work I had to crystallise an enzyme that’s important in the way the cheese ripens – if we could crystallise it we can use X-rays to work out the structure and figure out what it actually does.
I did it in the end but it took me 10,000 experiments and 2 years! – that was all I did at work in all that time. That’s why I say I’m tenacious
