It depends on whether it’s in one testicle or two – you might be left with one working and the treatment although it may do a lot of harm to the sperm producing cells might leave enough of them undamaged for some sperm to be produced – it only takes one!
I agree with Ian. It also depends on what type of treatment happens e.g. if they have to remove the testicles or give different types of treatment. It sometimes happens that new cells recover and produce a little sperm after treatment.
