Question: Could you make a drug that makes you hypnotized?

I’m not sure about hypnotized in the sense of ‘pretend you are a chicken’ but there are some drugs that make people loose control of their mind a little. Something like Valium relaxes people so much that they don’t really know what is going on around them. Or there are other drugs that might make someone imagine something is happening when it isn’t (giving them hallucinations). Sometimes these drugs can save your life (Valium can be used to control seizures) so we put up with the bad side effects, but these drugs are controlled very carefully and are only ever used with a doctor present.
