There are millions of stars in our galaxy and many of them have planets, there are more galaxies in the universe than stars in galaxy so yes I think there must be life on other planets – I don’t think they’re little grey humanoid aliens though or that they’ve ever been here.

Arthur C Clarke the author had a good point on it –

“Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.”

I agree with Ian, there are so many planets in the universe that it is really likely that there is life somewhere else. However, there is no reason to think that there will be plants and animals that we would recognise. It could be very strange and nothing like life on Earth.

I hope so! It would be so amazing to find a completely different kind of life – just can’t imagine. I love Arthur Clark’s quote, thanks for sharing Ian!

If there is water on mars then there could be on other planets too, which means potential life!
