• Question: Have ever done something really dangerous and got in big trouble for it?

      We take a lot of precautions to make sure that the science labs are safe, and that it is very difficult to accidentally do something dangerous. They are very strict. If you do something dangerous it can cost your whole career.

      Outside of labs, I do enjoy some quite dangerous hobbies, like skiing, scuba diving and mountain biking. But I make sure that it is as safe as possible (always wear a helmet!!!) and so have never been in trouble for it.

      Basically you should generally aim to stay out of trouble! You can still do really exciting stuff without it being too dangerous.
