  You can’t – they’ve mastered the trick of hiding from our immune systems.
  
  Glandular Fever – ( Epstein-Barr virus ) after it’s made you sick the first time and has been beaten down by our immune system – doesn’t go away. It sticks around in our white blood cells almost like it was hibernating and can wake up and make us ill again – no one know really knows what makes it reactivate.
  
  Chicken pox does the same – it infects nerves cells and stays there all our lives. If it wakes up again it doesn’t cause chicken pox, it cause painful blisters in the nerve ending in our skin called shingles.
