Do you mean warm food or spicy food? In both cases, I’d say no.

For warm food – there are lots of myths about raw food diets being better for you. However, humans have been eating cooked food for thousands of years and our guts are suited to eating a nice mix of food.

As for spicy food – I am sure if you went out and ate the hottest chilli pepper in the world, it wouldn’t do your guts much good, however, the spicy things that humans eat aren’t that hot. And what would the world be like without a delicious curry and a yummy burrito.
