      No, because apes and monkeys aren’t ‘behind’ in evolution! All species are evolving all the time. While humans may have evolved to have very big brains other species have evolved in different ways.

      Don’t think of evolution like a ladder with humans at the top – think of it like a big family. You cousins and you are all different in some ways, but you are all the same generation. That’s what evolution is like.
