  You’d probably (chemically) burn yourself quite badly. pH 1.5 is not a good place for a finger to be. There are lots of free H+ ions which are very reactive and break things down on contact (proteins etc.). In the stomach, the lining is special so that it is not affected by this (Ulcers are caused when this lining breaks down).
