• Question: When I'm older I would like to become a scientist and how would I get started in the Science world (so to speak)?

      It does depend on what type of scientist you want to be. There are lots of different routes to do it. However, the most common would be to go to university to study a science subject (pick your favourite or one that you are very good at). After that there are many different options.

      I choose to do a PhD, which is another degree after your first course. However, it isn’t like other degrees with classes and essays. Instead you do research and after three years you write it all up into a book (called a thesis).
