      Gorillas and humans are fairly closely related (in evolutionary terms), so we share lots of things (like the shape of our bodies and different behaviours) because we have both inherited them from our ancestors.

      It’s the same way that you and your siblings probably look more alike than you do with your cousins and even more alike than complete strangers.
